What documents do I need to bring?
A valid ID (passport, national ID card, residence permit, etc.).
Your booking confirmation.
Any required documents for entering and staying in Germany depending on your personal situation (visa, residence permit, etc.).
How long does a tour last?
Each excursion lasts a full day, with departure from Strasbourg between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. and return between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m.

Where is the departure point?
Departure is from the drop-off area in front of Strasbourg Central Station (gare centrale).
What is the group size?
Our comfortable minibus accommodates up to 8 passengers.
Small groups for a warm and authentic experience.
Are meals included?
No. You can bring your own lunch or enjoy free time at the sites to eat locally.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure.
50% cancellation fee for cancellations 48–24h before departure.
No refund for cancellations less than 24h before departure.
Optional cancellation insurance is available to cover all booked amounts up until departure.
Do I need to be sporty?
No. Walks are easy and accessible, mainly in towns or natural sites reachable by vehicle, with regular pauses.
Are the tours suitable for everyone?
Our tours are designed to be accessible to most people. Recommended for children aged 6 and above, and suitable for older adults able to walk short distances.
Note for people with reduced mobility (PRM): due to the nature of the routes, legal obligations and vehicle type, our excursions are currently not suitable for PRM guests. We are working to improve accessibility in the future. Thank you for your understanding.

Tours are available in French, English, Spanish, and German.

Are tours maintained in case of rain?
Yes, except in extreme weather conditions.
The Black Forest remains beautiful in the rain — just dress accordingly!
